My dad was at Heritage Ridge's assisted living facility for about three months, and they were outstanding. They were phenomenal, very caring, and excellent in care. Everybody knew his name and used his name, and that's important to me. He felt like he was part of it. Their team got him up and moving, which is why he was able to go home. They're even coming out to the house and checking on him now for four weeks. They are just a cut above the rest. If it doesn't work out and he has to go back in,…

Wonderful Facility

The staff is amazing. They truly care. They also have so many activities for the residents. It keeps them involved and encourages socialism and that's very important. It's quite expensive but worth every penny. I can't say enough good about this facility. The staff is incredible. The facility itself is beautiful. The administration is very caring. Everyone from the administrator down to housekeeping and laundry are simply wonderful people.

My mother has moved into Heritage Ridge. I like everything that's going on so far. I can't say anything negative. We chose it because my mom and dad are from Bellevue and facilities in Bellevue. It looks well maintained and well-kept. We like the administrator and the head nurse. They're pleasant, helpful, and caring. It is a nice big place, but pricey and we were worried with our loved one moving from assisted living to memory care it would be to overwhelming. We had some major problems with communication during her stay it was awful, they would never update us when something happened to our loved one. We also had many many billing errors

My father moved into Heritage Ridge Assisted Living. It's a pretty nice place, the director has been very helpful in moving my dad from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom, which was cheaper. It's very clean, it's homey, I see a lot of people out and about, and they seem happy. He's got a little button that he can push around his neck and they're very receptive in getting there in a timely manner. If I have something to drop off they get it to him right away.
