I recently started my search for a community for my Uncle who down the road will need to move into a home. I decided to walk in some community’s and see what my options would be for the future. Walking into Bay Lake I was immediately met by a friendly face welcoming in. I found the environment very refreshing and tell the community is well taken care of. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Looks good however far from good in memory care. There advertise a memory care activities director. There has been none for over a month now. Only half of the staff cares. Memory care is so sad.

Happy Place to Live

Bay Lake is a very nice assisted living. The staff are like family to us. I feel safe and well cared for. I'm proud to call Bay Lake my home.

I toured here and was very impressed. The staff were all smiling and very nice. The apartments were updated with tall ceilings and nice fixtures. My dad is not ready to move just yet, but Bay Lake will be his home when he does.

Wonderful

Bay Lake feels like home immediately the second you walk through the doors. The staff are smiling and seem to really enjoy their work there. The residents always look well taken care of and genuinely happy. I would recommend Bay Lake to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care.

Good care

They truly care about their residents at Bay Lake. It is hard to move your loved one into a community but they have made us feel so relieved with the compassion they have shown. Mom seems to have actually improved since moving here and we are very happy with our decision.
