On March 9th I celebrated my grandmothers 100th birthday at Bay Pointe. It's not something you get to do very often. I found the staff and the residents to be extremely pleasant and helpful during our visit. What stood out to me most was how happy Gram was. She enjoyed her time there and I believe the staff enjoy having her there. Yes, she's 100 years old and she still has her wits. She offered no complaints, no concerns. My dad was transferred to Bay Pointe from a long hospital stay. I have been very happy with the staff. They are very caring and supportive. They keep my dad engaged and well cared for. They keep me informed if there are ever any changes. I am very happy my dad is there and would highly recommend the place.

My mother was taken there from hospital. They did nothing for her she was in pain asked for help she had a fractured spine. The nurses cut her call button off. She called 911 to get to hospital. They kept her clothes and all her medication she needs for diabetes her heart and blood pressure. I feel they should have given her the items when sent back to hospital

The rooms are spacious and very clean, my mom is a short term resident. The staff are so willing to not just take care of my mother but they all so listen to the needs of their patients family. They do their best to answer questions and concerns.. I would like to thank the employees at Cordious for their kindness. They really care!

My dad is at Accordius Health at Bay Pointe right now. Initially, one of my main concerns was that he is not in a private room. I didn't know if he was getting along well with the person that he is with, but I think they match their residents pretty well to somebody that you became friends with. They told me how they're kind of best friends, so I think that was good. They also call me immediately if something is going wrong with COVID or anything like that. Their facility looks clean.
