Do not take your loved ones here! Don't expect any action from management they do not even call you back. I will be taking this issue as far as I can go up the management line. The care here is less than steller, actually down right terrible. My Dad was admitted here, no shower for 10 days, bed sore on his backside, no medicine for 3 days then I find a tube of cream with another patients name and room # on it in his room, really! Giving him used medicin! They are supposed to apply cream but he has to do it him…

This is the worst place my mom ended up in! Medications only delivered once a day. Restrooms are on their time, not my moms. If she has to go and can't go without help, she's forced to lay in her excrement until they feel like dealing with it. No in house phones. Nurses with attitudes. No TV remote. Dirty floors. They don't answer nuse calls. This is all like the horror stories you hear about!

First my negative response is NOT because of the Nurses, CNAs, or the therapy folks. They are trying their darndest under questionable conditions. As a whole, they have been great. My complaint is about the administrators and the owners. They are so shorthanded that it is unfair to the patients and the workers. I've been there when therewas only 1 CNA for a whole wing. My mom sat in her wheelchair from 7:30am to 11:07pm until someone had time to get her to bed. There are other shortages too like insulin needle…

Short staffed all of the time. Meals frequently served late. Wait time 30 minutes average for someone to answer callbell. Medications rarely given on time. Cockroaches seen in rooms. Director of Nursing is uncaring and never reaches out to family members when they have concerns. Several nursing staff rude to patients and family members. Facility uses agency staff and their excuse for everything is that they are unfamiliar with facility. Beds and patients go unchanged for days at a time. Nobody identifies themselves…

Rooms are shared and outdated. We had to ask for housekeeping to come clean after 5 days of no cleaning. Staff is VERY unprofessional! Therapy is only once a day M-F very short and rushed. No therapy nor activities on the weekend. Overall less than mediocre. Would not recommend.
