PositiveJust what we were looking for!
The staff is very responsive when I have questions or concerns and they are always addressed in a timely manner, Room size is very large. Amenities are great also. Lots of events weekly/monthly. Staff all know the residents by name. They supply several toiletries and have a boutique inside that is all donated items available to the residents which is really neat. PT, OT and ST are all available in house as well as a primary care Dr, laundry and housekeeping.

The head Nurse [name removed] is fantastic. So caring and kind. When my mother accidentally fell and had to go to the hospital she texted me almost daily. I think it would be great if they had more art, craft activities. Possibly even writing or a reading group. They have puzzles but it would be nice to have a group doing puzzles together.

My wife moved into Bayside Terrace. I did a tour, walked through the place, and I got to see everything in action, what the rooms look like, and so forth. It was a nice tour; it wasn't rushed, but there was no opportunity to ask a lot of questions until the end, which was fine. I looked at several of the rooms, and the choices of the rooms are very specific.
