My sister in law has been there a year and is very happy. She likes the games they provide and she enjoys the books from the library. She is well taken care of and enjoys the staff and residents.

They did the least possible. Admin was disengaged and difficult, laundry was done sparingly and when it was done delivered to the wrong rooms, had to hire our own nurses to care for our elder.

PositiveFound a home
The sales person was lively, attentive, informed, and always available, even on her days off. The rest of the staff was equally warm and helpful. They can hardly have any more activities than our presently offered. The food is superb with only occasional blips which one would expect occasionally. Everything was preferably clean and the two bedroom apartment was adequately large including a washer dryer. The only possible negative would be that in some places we looked at a two bedroom apartment also had two baths.

5 on all. Exceptionally caring staff, especially the aides! Staff is very caring and patient. The care he receives is wonderful. They treat my Dad with respect and kindness even though he can be grumpy at times! Food looks good and no complaints. The place is very clean and well kept. It is an older building and can use minor fixing up, ie wallpaper in private dining room and loose board on back deck needs replacing. (End of hallway near #55).
