★★★★★
PositiveIt it's a nice place my mother in law lives now. She in independent living. It's nice and clean place with a lot of activities for the residents. Staff is excellent with the resident and families. They make it feel welcome and part of the family.
★★★★★
PositiveThe tour was very good. The Director of Sales was very knowledgeable, had a lot of 'real life experience stories' to share with us to help us get our head around this sort of move and life change, and was very compassionate. The campus was much more than what I was expecting, and very lovely. Residence looked happy and engaged.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff has been amazing from [name removed] who helped us get signed up to [name removed] who continues to help mom all the time as she gets settled in. The dining options are great and accommodate my mom's needs.
★★★★★
PositiveThe overall atmosphere among both residents and staff is welcoming and friendly. Facilities operations, grounds keeping, and food services are run by outside companies. There is organization within the buildings and people to contact if you have issues. There are many kinds of fun activities and physical exercise classes available as well as a small, but well-outfitted gym with two employees who run classes, etc.
★★★★★
PositiveI would say that you won't find a friendlier place. The fact that the Beatitudes is a non-profit makes a huge difference as staff are motivated by serving others, not by profit. There is a wonderful atmosphere here that no tour or publicity can show in a tangible way.
★★★★★
PositiveI recommend the facility. The food is average and the staff is friendly. The move in process was easy and pleasant.
