Even though the rooms were clean, the bathrooms needed repair in some rooms with running faucets that still dripped when turned off. Repairs took several days! My mother complained her coffee and food were often cold. They seem to be short staffed like other facilities. They were often taking more than 20 minutes to assist my mother to the bathroom!
