From the person behind the front desk to the activities staff, to the caregivers, all demonstrate commitment to providing for the well being of all the residents. I have witnessed caregivers care for my mother as if she was their mother and I am very grateful for that. He has experienced several issues at this facility, particularly with staffing and professionalism. At one point, he was even spoken to in a highly inappropriate and disrespectful manner. While the director has made efforts to address these concerns, the improvements have been limited. Overall, this has not been the best choice for my loved one.
