Daddy enjoys the food. They have a prepared meals and also a menu they can order from. All the employees in the dining area are very helpful and they care that the residents eat. Dad has a courtyard room, he enjoys looking out at the birds and the snow. The nurses and aides are great. They look after the residents and let you know what kind of day they are having. The doctor comes twice a week and orders new medication and any test they need. We had a problem with getting the medication right but that was fixed an…

We toured The Crossings at Ironbridge. I like the area. It's close, but out of the way. They had a very nice little gathering area in the yard. I liked that, and we could sit out there. The only difference was that they didn't seem to dwell on the type of care my husband would need. They were kind of leaving him. The room was nice for one person. It wasn't huge. The management and staff were very accommodating to our situation. It was a bit of rush for us to get in there and it worked out really well. They were upfront about the costs and their capabilities to care for [name removed] . All meals were in the dining room and they made a point of introducing everyone and made us comfortable.
