Positive5 for all. The management, especially [name removed], is extremely helpful and nice, was always there from the day we toured the facility, until weeks after my mom had passed away. The staff was very nice, and the food was good too! Lots of activities to offer as well. I would highly recommend for that amount of money. It has been almost a year since my mom is gone, but that was my experience from that time.

CriticalEverything the food menue is always the same my sister is supposed to be in assisted living but when you go down the hall doors are open and you see bed ridden people you see people sitting at tables in a wheel chair with head hanging over activities are a big joke when I visit on Saturdays I don't see staff the place is not clean and the people even the residents are not nice at all

Critical[name removed] has passed.... But her time at Ginter Hall was just fine. She started out in the Memory Care Unit... restricted movement, very limited activities. But that is the nature of the unit. A couple small issues, but overall the experience was positive. She was moved to a Standard Unit, some of her confusion was secondary to a medication, and she did a bit better there. Very nice unit staff, the Administrative staff was excellent. Food was probably as expected. Certainly no complaints about any of her time …
