After a 94- year run, our mother passed after a life well lived. She left behind a great legacy and loving family of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Like many in her situation, the last several years of her life included health challenges, an inevitable decline and the necessity of finding a nursing facility to attend to her needs. Excellent staff all around from front desk to the physicians, nurses, aides and PT/OT services. I cannot say enough. My 90 year old mother was at Belmont Manor for rehab. From the very beginning the services and support were 2nd to none. I highly recommend Belmont Manor.

Thanks to the 2nd floor team and entire Belmont Manor team for caring for Mom. My family all felt she was clearly "in good hands" every step of the way. Over her 13 years in senior type care we've had the opportunity to collaborate on her care on 8 occasions at 3 other different rehabs/SNFs. Our experience at Belmont was very positive, you are a strong leader among that group. Rooms were good, staff exemplary!

Knowing the COVID challenges all facilities, my experience with a loved one was very mixed. Some staff such as Executive Director, Admissions Director and Activities Director were responsive when emailed. There didn't seem to be enough nursing coverage to be responsive and sometimes calls weren't answered. Care seemed minimal. A close friend spent several months here at the end of her life. The care provided was exceptional. I have experience of several comparable facilities in the area, and this was by several orders of magnitude the best. Physically, it is a very nice building with a lovely terrace and spacious rooms. Words can't describe the gratitude I feel to Belmont Manor for taking such exquisite care of my husband. The owners were always on site and their open office doors made me feel welcomed. When I shared a concern they listened and responded. The CNA's who cared for him kept him clean, groomed, and well dressed, and they treated him with tenderness and respect.
