I’m so impressed with how caring and cognizant the staff is. Even the periphery employees knew my friend after only a couple of weeks. Management always had time to talk with me. I didn’t have many meals there, but most were very good, a few mediocre. The menu was diverse and sounded wonderful. Most residents I spoke to loved the food. The atmosphere is friendly and helpful. the activities look great but my Dad hasn't been able to partake yet. very, very expensive. Everything costs extra and they are understaffed. Elevator has been down for over 3 weeks. Yes, we would recommend the community to others but warn how expensive

Belmont Village Burbank was really pretty, but it was probably 30% more expensive. The rooms were beautifully appointed, but it was going to be out of my mom's league financially if she lived another five or six years. The staff members were great. All the room sizes are pretty equal. I think they have a one-bedroom, a regular studio, and then a studio-plus. The study studio plus was the room that I think would have been a good choice for my mom.

We toured Belmont Village Burbank. The staff was nice. The facility was more expensive than the other place. It was dated and a little tired. The staff who gave the tour was the marketing person and the tour person, and she was good. She was very friendly. They offer activities and meals. They had a salon, a movie theater, and a fitness center. They have the same basic amenities as the other place, but I didn't find the facility as updated or upbeat.

I went to Belmont Village Burbank. I like the amenities. There's a movie theater, a beauty salon, and a nice patio area for the guests. It feels very comfortable, warm and inviting. The staff who gave the tour was very informative, very professional, very positive, and welcoming. The dining area was spacious. The menu looked good and I thought the selections were good, too. The guests seemed happy. It seemed like a nice club-like setting.

My mother-in-law was moved from another large well-known facility in Burbank that was absolutely horrendous and we were desperate to find a new place for her. Thank goodness for the recommendation by our place for Mom advocate because they recommended Belmont and it was such a fantastic move for her. She requires the beginnings of memory care and she went from, pacing the halls and not eating to having friends memory improvement great nutrition to a wonderful life now.
