Overall: Very, very expensive, but a very nice place. Food: Excellent, nice variety. Actiivities: Excellent, with a wide of options, from in-house to outdoor trips. But, again, this place is for the super-rich only, and that also means a lot of snobs.

Mom went to Memory Care and the unit was nice. Unfortunately Mom wasn't healthy enough to do much but they definitely tried to get her involved. We had a few hiccups with moving her in and billing. Location is great

PositiveIt seems a beautiful, clean environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I didn't see many residents but those I saw seem to be active and engaged (they were drumming). It's beyond our budget, but based on that tour, I would have loved to have my mother there.

Everything about Benchmark at Alexandria was very well kept up and had an elegant design, nice big high ceilings, and big windows. We had a lovely lunch. The woman who helped us there was marvelous, so it was a very positive experience. I have two parents. One needs to go to memory care, and one will go to independent living, and there wasn't a place where they could be together, but they could be close to each other on different floors.
