They were wonderful. Best run place. Clean, caring, awareness of needs of each person. Not just those in charge but everyone working there. Our sadness was that [Name Removed] mom didn't live longer to enjoy being there. And she really did enjoy the place. They made sure that she sat so she made friends, but she died soon after coming there. Our experience with hospice there was also wonderful in a very sad time. [Name Removed] mom was 99 so we were truly blessed that she spent her last few weeks there. If you hav…

Sunrise of Alexandria is a very nice facility. The people were very friendly. They gave me a very nice tour. They were thorough in showing me the facility and all of the options. We sat down and talked about what I would need if I brought my loved one there and the cost. They showed me the rooms and the amenities they offered and the different activities that a person could be involved in. I think they have a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. My overall tour experience of Sunrise of Alexandria's memory care was positive. The facility was conveniently located, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. My visit was right around when we had a snowstorm so it was kind of inconvenient for them but it did not stop them. They took me through the facility and answered my questions, and I was very pleased with it. I found the rooms to be comfortable, well-thought-out, and well-appointed.
