PositiveStaff went out of their way to accommodate Mom as conditions evolved. Benchmark shared some expert advice while navigating the escalating care needs. Overall, I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

From the start, the strong sense of community and genuine compassion made a meaningful difference during her year in assisted living. As her health needs changed, she transitioned to Harbor for additional care and memory support, and that transition was handled with kindness, professionalism, and respect. The administration and medical care were excellent, and the support I received as her ca…
