The staff is fantastic: so friendly and warm with the residents. The administration was really helpful to me wrt my mother's needs and prognosis and placement within the community to best support her. I would 100% recommend Benchmark Ridgefield to other families

It's an overall 5. I could pick apart vs. the "higher end" place she was in before: not as many amenities and activities, but Mom doesn't need the extras she had been paying for. Every person at Benchmark Ridgefield is friendly and helpful to everyone, and so patient and sweet with the residents. I would 100% recommend Benchmark Ridgefield to other families. I feel like their staff went above and beyond to get to know my mom and tailor their care to her needs.
