CriticalWe are still adjusting and navigating
Overall, our experience has been about 3 stars ! Granted, Mom has had difficulty adjusting to the change , and although the staff and administrators have good intentions , the care plan does not consistently translate between shifts and the communication is lacking . The facility is lovely , but LARGE , and it lacks the same sense of community Mom enjoyed previously at the assisted living she called home for 5 years.

Staff are very good so far . Activities are ok . Place is pretty clean . Room is a small one bedroom . There are larger one bedrooms . None were available. I think she is doing pretty well . They are way more helpful than her previous assisted living. So far , very good !A few things with air conditioning and kitchen was being updated but now seems ok . Most staff is friendly and kind

PositiveMy Brother's Keepers - Support at its best
Most important: communication was excellent, transparent and timely. As caregiver I was always informed well and in advance or in the moment (a fall, for example) so that decisions could be made that were best for my brother. Collaboration was helpful and welcome. There was always a nurse there and she led the team professionally and with understanding for the situations of all parties. I can't speak highly enough of her and how she did her work.
