EVERYTHING costs extra and almost nothing is included. Need to use a van for a medical appointment? It only runs a couple of times a week. Take an Uber. Need oxygen? Pay $[removed] for the extra electricity. That charge does NOT include them helping you with it. "Entertainment" consists of the residents walking around in parades and old movies shown on a TV screen. If you only need an apartment with food provided, congratulations. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed by [name removed] and [name removed]—they have both been wonderful. [name removed] at the front desk is also amazing and always helpful. The rooms are just the right size, which works well for someone like my aunt who has dementia and is used to living in a smaller space. The staff is great. Food and dining are good. The staff is very friendly in my room is sufficient. It's small but laid out well and the food is pretty good. I would recommend this place. The staff here is friendly and helpful. They have lot of activity's and they have movie night and they have a nice bingo place is very clean.

An Acceptable Time at Brookdale.

Unfortunately she ended up in the hospital and rehab three times since she was a resident there. So she hasn't been there that many consecutive days. That being said people are very nice. Her apartment is nice and food is good. I'm not totally sold on aids and others. She has to call sometimes several times to get reasonable things done. Sometimes they say they will be right back and they never come back at all! One example is she had an accident in bed in the morning. Aid came and said she'd wash her sheets since …
