Overall experience 5 stars. Staff were polite and helpful. Care was great, more than I could have done. Activities seemed appropriate though not all residents participated. Rooms were good, with a lot of closet space. Lighting was a tad weak. We were able to bring in furniture and lamps for a taste of home. I would recommend the community to others.

PositiveWe had a tour of the facility and a meeting with the tour guide. He was very knowlegable and answered our questions. We were shown a one-bedroom apartment and it seemed suitable. The faclity seemed clean, comfortable, and well managed.

Based on limited experience. Food was great, activities seemed appropriate, quarters were single rooms for sleeping with shared space for bathroom and some storage. Staff were caring and competent and were willing to discuss concerns.

A 4 will be my max rating as Robbins Brook is a first. NA is for insufficient experience. The food looks good but haven't sampled. My wife is not a regular participant of the activities. What we like the most about the community is the convenience to home and friendliness of staff. However, they need to track clothing better
