PositiveAmazing comfortable feeling for families
Everything about the place is amazing. From my initial tour with [name removed], I knew it was the place for my mother in law. Since it is a full memory care facility, all staff members are trained and continue training for dementia. The aids are caring and supportive of the residents. They will coax them to leave their room to participate in the events from flower bouquets, arts & crafts, luau, ice cream social or just engagement activities. The people working there are really nice and the care has been great. The activities go throughout the day and seem engaging. Food has been great. They always make sure she has her bacon and eggs for breakfast. 2 choices for every meal and they do offer her a sandwich or soup if she doesn't like the choices. Place is very clean. They take care of her laundry. She is in a one person room. Size works, she has a bed, dresser and table. I'm extremely happy we chose it. I would recommend them to others who are searching…

The reason I have 3 for the last one is it's very expensive there but I know my mom is safe but would be nice if they worked with pricing a little better. The Staff is nice and attentive she is always well dressed and clean when I visit she has a nice room there were ants on time I was there but it was addressed they do seem to have daily activities, i have not had the food but I do see her eating when I visit

PositiveGreat nursing staff!
First off, the front office/admin staff was very welcoming and was available to walk us through the whole process. They stepped up to help out when my mom's primary physician was being slow on requested documents. The nursing staff have been good about keeping in touch during the settling in process and made sure we got all of her medications figured out.

So far I give it 5 stars. The people are very nice and accommodating, my moms room is always clean and she is Always dressed well and happy when I visit. I have not seen the food but she does say it's good. The aids are very good at monitoring her as well. Overall would recommend the senior staff listen and reach out I get updates too

PositiveAmazing Memory Care Facility
The staff has been amazing. They made it possible for us to bring her there when she was not willing. Totally scared us to have to do this. She was living alone and in dangerous situations when her home care left for the day. They took the time and patience to transition her , about 2 months before we could visit. Now she is very happy there thriving , socializing and safe
