CriticalStay away from Bertram House! We moved my mother there 6 weeks ago on their memory care floor at the cost of $12,000 a month. Today we found out that she was not given her medications for THREE DAYS! She could have died. They said the prescriptions weren't delivered and no one called us to inform us of that problem. There was another incident when my mother was locked out of her room. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! We are reporting them to the state of MA.

We recently moved my mom into the BHS and I cannot say enough about the team there. From start to finish they were the most helpful and friendly to both my mom and me, and made the process as easy as possible during an otherwise hard time. I highly recommend this facility!

The new Sales Director, [name removed], greeted me at the door and instantly made a difficult situation feel much easier. She is genuine and so sweet, and was thorough in explaining everything while making me feel right at home. I also met [name removed]and [name removed], who were warm and welcoming. I can't say it was a great experience, it was actually a sad experience but the Bertram house made it tolerable and based on the experience we did have we would recommend this community to other families.
