Best Of Care Family Care Home

Excellent!

My mother is in their care. Excellent rating on every aspect. The facility is extremely clean. There is a 100% rating in the kitchen area and a 100% rating in the living area. Meals are homemade for the most part. All staff are extremely friendly and on a first name basis with all residents and family members. They listen to dietary wishes and concerns. Best of Care Assisted Living has been a great place. I've felt that the care there has been better than any place that my loved one has been thus far in the Salisbury area. It's actually in Kannapolis. It's a smaller, family owned establishment. The owner even helps out when needed and even takes the patients to their doctors appointments, if needed. So kind, caring, and loving

I am so grateful for Best of Care for the care of my mother in her last year of her life. They are so kind, caring and loving to all patients. We were in constant communication with the facility, whether it was a concern for my mom or just an update on how she was doing. I would absolutely recommend the facility to friends and family.

They were there when I needed them.

I loved Best of Care. It was a family-owned center, and not a corporation. The people were very friendly. We had a family member who wasn't physically able to come and visit, so he would call every day, and they would happily talk to him. They were cordial to me when I would visit in person. The setting was like a home. The staff were wonderful. I was very happy with it.

I was not impressed with them at all. The door was locked when we arrived, and we had to ring the bell and wait. When the guy finally came to talk to us, he acted like he wasn't expecting us, even though we had an appointment. He took us into the dining room and sat us down to talk to us. We never saw the rest of the facility. He basically just told us he did not have a room. So I did not have very good impression.
