Positivewe highly recommend Bethesda Gardens Frisco
I would say our experience has been 5 stars. On touring initially we were treated so kindly and we noted how clean and fresh the whole place felt (no smells lol). And after moving in it has been even better. The staff is very attentive, they all know our parents by name (and us too) and continue to be very caring and supportive. Our parents don't need much assistance yet but they both have told is what a perfect fit Bethesda Gardens is for them.

Unfortunately, [name removed] did not adapt well to the environment. She also had a setback that forced us to find a higher level of care for her. I would still say it is a good place if the elderly person is of the right mindset. In our case, we were very frustrated in the end. We felt like that they did not work with her at the level that they had let us to believe that they would. We had to move her into a higher level of care though so that might be the reason why.
