The rooms were very small and smelled terrible. Paid [removed] grand to share a tiny room with barely any privacy. Wasn't taken out of bed regularly and had to wait a very long time when called for help.

I was disappointed. My mother had kind words. Unfortunately, she was unaware of some things that were occurring. She had no water in her room. Three days in a row, I put fresh water in her room. Each time it was gone the next day. How long was she without water? I finally brought in her own cup. She was not changed every 2 hours. She would be at the table in the morning for HOURS.
