PositiveMy mother was only there a few days but Dr Gillispie is very caring and will give you all the information you ask for, as well as Maria she was very efficient and made sure that the meds were given in a timely matter for pain. I would recommend the hospice unit for your loved ones if you want kind loving professionals to help with the end of life process.

CriticalThere are SEVERAL issues with this institution. My grandmother requires to be changed every 2 hours. They leave her sitting in soiled brief they don't know how to give a decent shower ALWAYS in a hurry. The food is over cooked and always cold. There have been 4 instances of medical neglect. 3 of the worst are: 1. They left her sitting so long in pee and she got so septic they failed to get her to the hospital in a timely manner and she almost died. 2. While in there van on an outing they didn't check to m…

After being there for 15 days, I moved him to another rehab facility in West Knoxville. A lot of the staff there are good, but they are grossly understaffed. Most of the staff seems to car…

PositiveThis facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is very caring and responsive to the needs of the residents. Any questions or concerns we may have are answered in a very timely manner. Compared to some other facilities around here this place is heaven!

PositiveMy aunt was at Beverly Park Place. The nurses were caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. There were no nursing home odors, like I have seen elsewhere. I have recommended this place to another friend!

CriticalThe place looks like an institution and the hallways were almost always empty. My mom would sit in her soiled diaper for hours and no one ever turned her and left her laying on her back. The food looked horrible and was always cold. A lot of times no one responded when she would push the call button for assistance. I have complained and addressed my concerns numerous times to the staff and supervisor but nothing became of it. My mom was released yesterday and I couldn’t wait to write my review once she got out of t…
