CriticalI think we are still in the "learning" process. I can tell you the small size of the facility is a plus! The food is good with a good menu and alternate choices. The room size is good. I think at this time, the negative or bad part of our experience is staff! PositiveHe has the Maple room. Very spacious with separate bedroom. Sometimes he likes the food other times he doesn't The staff is very friendly and attentive.

PositiveThe leadership team is always very helpful and open to learning about the residents. They seem very caring and receptive. They communicate with the families clearly and don't hesitate to reach out withe questions or concerns. The facility is inviting and clean. It has a "country club" vibe to it. There are many places for residents to hang out.
★★★★★
PositiveFully staffed and very friendly! Great with the residents.

PositiveThe smaller, homey atmosphere is very nice. The workers and administrative staff work closely with the residents and know them by name. I would recommend the Bickford if you want a smaller, closer atmosphere.
