We used this facility for respite services. Staff and residents are very friendly. Loved being able to order food from a menu at each meal. This included a lot of variety and was very good. Nice areas to sit and walk around. Many activities to take advantage of.

I recently visited my family member who lives in memory care. I haven't visited in a few months because I have been busy working, but when I got back there I was amazed at how great it looked. When I walked in, it smelled great, music was playing, all the staff were smiling and very welcoming! [name removed] was dancing with one of the residents and he had the biggest smile on his face. CriticalOur experience
The apartment is spacious and quite beautiful. The building is bright, safe, and a real selling point. The dining hall was sold an award-winning, scratch kitchen, but that has not been our experience. Activities and services are good. The admin are overwhelmed, or so it seems. Half the staff are caring, thoughtful, kind, even sweet ... the other half, not so much. The admin seem as thought they are trying to make improvements. Again, I would say overall rating is average (3 of 5).
