I have found Bickford a beautiful place fur respite and healing. The facility is well laid out and homey. After my injury I needed more time to recover. Bickford provided that. Thank you to the staff. Yuri is most attentive and helpful.

I toured the assisted living facility of Bickford of Gurnee. It was excellent. It was five stars all the way around. There seems to be a lot of social activity, and a lot of people around, which is good for older people. I think they need that socialization. The staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. I've only seen a few apartments, and they look kind of standard.

We started at a 5. Now I'd say we are at a 2 in memory care. The staff in memory care Siri f the day are great. Very caring and thorough. At night it's not too good. Any new bruising or sores happen at night. The main assisted living part is very clean, but again in memory care it's not too good. All the communal areas in the main part are good.
