The rooms are not properly clean the CNA‘s were not properly nice and made me and other people while I was there and observed sometimes wait up to two hours for help. The food was gross. I spent a ton of money while I was there for food. I wasn’t able to use the bathroom there because my roommate would bleed all over the floor in the toilet so I had to go in a commode because they did not clean the bathroom properly from the blood and especially if you have a loved one that cannot speak up for themselves not a good…

I was impressed with how the staff worked with my Mom and myself to insure her comfort and safety. RUN, RUN, RUN. The nursing home wing should be shut down. Disgusting and disgraceful, dirty and reeks of urine, and filled with ineffective staff, especially one nurse who lies through her teeth. The incident that took place was very serious, yet easily avoidable. What she documented in the medical record is patently false. My father was very ill, she did not do her job, and chose to lie about it instead. He ended up hospitalized for 5 days and would have died had I not insisted he be taken by ambulance. This place…

She was able to provide comfort in knowing that my loved one was going to be taken care of. In doing so, she helped make the process easy for me.
