Excellent care!

This care home literally saved my mom’s life! I could not have dreamed of better care. They are kind, clean, and so caring. She received excellent care the entire time she was a resident.

A lousy caregiver

Their new location on Ludlow is beautiful and the owner is great. Unfortunately, their caregiver was rude, unpredictable attitude and at times nasty. She banged pots and pans, put what she wanted on the tv blaring loud, talked on the phone all the time, resented our family visiting our parent and the physicians doing at home visits, said we "interrupted her schedule." She was rude and would rather sit around eating Fritos and watch soap operas and game shows. She was a good housekeeper and did some things well, but…

Great place. Large rooms. Kind people. They have pets which is wonderful. This place feels right. They have no current vacancies. Put in our name for waiting list.

Liked the owner and caregiver. Loved the fact that there are many activities off site such as ice cream outings, etc. Wasn't the neatest home but was clean. Liked the cameras all around so they could monitor the residents at all hours. 3K but all inclusive; depends, podiatrist to come in and trim toe nails, hair cuts, etc. Area not the greatest but close to me. They are opening up a home in Granite Bay and I sent my friend Kathy Kennedy there. This is the best so far I think.

I really liked this place. It was neat, clean and had no odors. There were 3 workers there with the residents. The interaction was very caring and friendly. The residents seemed very happy. They were more than happy to show me around and said I could drop by any time.
