Staff friendly, helpful. There did seem to be a push to get Mom to come view an expensive location to then have her fall in love to get children to pay to get them in. It's a business model to get you to spend more. My Mom was on a waiting list for 2.5 years, was told it would likely be 1 - 2 years at most. I didn't receive calls about her status and where she was in line, just if we wanted to get her in somewhere else that would make a place for Mom more money.
