The Assisted Living has been a blessing to our family! For over 4.5 years, they've provided exceptional care for my father, and two weeks ago my mothers has also found a loving home with them. The Staffs compassion, kindness, and dedication shine through in every interaction. Flexible visiting hours have been a huge relief, and Yvonne and Graham attentiveness with appointments has been outstanding. Their care has bene truly lifesaving for us. I moved my mom out of this home because she was treated like a potted plant. She changed for the worse over several months. Became bedridden because of lack of engagement and care. There’s a lack of dignity here. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place for your loved one.

My mother has moved into Bowie Spring Assisted Living for two-and-a-half weeks now. So far, I'm pleased. The staff is very caring and very knowledgeable. They seem to have a passion for what they do. The place is very accommodating for the work that they do, and it's very clean. It has a very intimate home atmosphere. She has a one-bed private room. They don't offer any activities. They interact with them and my mom can go sit on the front porch. There are two sitting rooms she can go in and watch TV…

I visited a friend that is housed at this facility . Small children run around the place that belonged to employees. The employees have a nasty attitude and act like they can't wait for you to leave and I been told that I couldn't see her that and to come back another time( 2PM). My friend's bedroom door is kept closed and they don't come when she needs assistance. There's no activity..... Professionalism is needed. You can't give your job or patients full attention when you are taking…

Nicole was very good with my mom the first time there. She showed my mom around and made her and I feel very comfortable with her staying there. I came away feeling my mom would be very well taken care of which reduced my anxiety with putting my mom into a assisted living facility.

Bowie Spring Assisted Living was exceptionally clean. I felt like the residents were very well taken care of, and the woman who owns it was very committed. However, the residents were pretty much sedentary, and I didn’t feel like they were really active or thriving. Also, the location was not conducive to myself nor my mother’s family.
