CriticalLoved one is safe and happy
Staff is great, super friendly and caring. There is only one case manager (I think) for everyone and I feel she's overloaded, so referrals, etc, take a very long time. The place is immaculately clean, his studio apt is great, he loves the dining room, food, and people he eats with. There are lots of scheduled activities, but he doesn't participate, and unfortunately no one is proactive with getting him going. He is happy and safe though, and that's what is most important.

Beautiful new rooms ! Food is horrible ! Mostly rude staff ! Management does not always stand by their word , returning calls , following up with patients family like promised. Poor treatment of patients for instance forgetting to put the patients needed constant oxygen on them and leaving patient with out it. Not caring how they dress the patient when there are plenty of matching outfits in the dresser and closet. And more.

I was able to place my Uncle here, with the help of the very capable managment. They took the burden off my shoulders and handled everthing. I will forever be grateful. The staff are friendly and caring. His case worker is always willing to take care of most things and is always happy to help.

Braemar Living was not equipped to take care of my elderly parent Our experience with the senior level staff was very difficult and disappointing to say the least.
