★★★★★
PositiveOverall experience has been great. My mom is very happy, involved in a lot of activities and loves going to the daily movies offered there. Staff is very kind and helpful. Food is only ok. Place is super clean. My mom's 1 bedroom apartment is lovely. We would definitely recommend this community to other families! The cleaning service has been great, they change her sheets, take them to be washed and deliver them clean and folded!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food is god and the apartment is comfortable with great views. They provide a number of varied activities.
★★★★★
PositiveWe have had a great experience at the club. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and they have a lot of activities to pick from (my mom attends social/happy hours a few times a week and goes to their movie theater often, goes to lectures and listens to live music performances). It's been great and she's made a lot of friends. She doesn't feel isolated or lonely like she did before she moved to the club!

That was for highly ambulatory and very independent people. Also, …

PositiveI am not sure how to answer value for cost as we are in independent living & there is no medical care etc. As for value etc. I can't compare it to any other facility as this is the only one I have lived in. Generally everything is quite good here, but these places are quite expensive.
★★★★★
PositiveThe only negative is that there has been turnover in the staff. The food is great. My Dad does not participate in activities so I can't comment on those. The care team has been great.
