Nice place. Very clean and organized. Even the residents were nice. Many activities for the residents. Residents and staff were easy to talk to.

I was very impressed at how many activities they offer, that was definitely a positive. [name removed] was very friendly and nice but I'm not sure if she had too much on her plate but I had to constantly reach out to them to find out the status of what I needed next and where my dad stood. They gave me a date for him to move in and on that day, when we had made arrangements to get help to transport him, they informed me that they were missing information and that he wouldn't be able to move in on that day, which wa…

Overall it has been a good experience When we fist got admitted they were not very organized The place is clean and the help are mostly nice Probably not enough help but....

[name removed], our tour guide, was very professional. She showed us a sample room. She explained the policies of the facility with regard to what could be allowed in the room. She showed us the many activity centers as well as the cafe and dining room. With them when we went into a conference room and she answered on many questions. The facility was very well-maintained. The staff all seem very nice as well as the other residence.

Beautiful facility but poorly managed. UNDERSTAFFED. Needs additional staff (numbers) in order to provide adequate care.

My loved one is no longer at Braemar. Although it is a beautiful building and food very good, we found due to lack of staffing and poor management, she was NOT getting the care she needed. The staff that is there try their best, but stretched too thin.

Incredibly helpful and friendly. Makes it feel like home. Great space - well designed. Activities are lovely and varied.
