We visited Brentwood at Elkhart Assisted Living. They were thorough, friendly, and detailed, so I guess that's just about what you need to look for to start with. They showed us the facility, and they showed us the rooms. They showed all the features and the activities that they had. The individuals were very friendly and very professional. My dad will move to Brentwood at Elkhart Assisted Living. It's very nice. The people were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and updated, and the activities were good.

CriticalDid not meet expectations
The facility changed the rules. For the past year they have emptied my loved ones Catheter when needed. Most of the time they were self sufficient. The corporate nurse even suggested that the catheter be removed. Unbelievable! When Brentwood decided they could no longer assist I had to make multiple trips each day to check on my loved one, needless to say I had to look for another facility. I would not recommend this facility.

They told me about all their activities and they have a lot of activities for people. Their furnishings were nice and well-kept, and it looked very inviting. I toured Brentwood at Elkhart Assisted Living for my mother. I like Brentwood; it is nice. It's a nice, clean environment. The staff is very nice, too. The residents have a nice outside space they can go to. You get a lot of freedom there and you can visit anytime. The staff were helpful. They make sure to take the time to help you with whatever you need. They don't rush the process or try to force anything on you. I think the place is a bit small.
