I've been pleased with my father's care at Harmony. The staff has been incredibly nice and helpful, he loves his apartment and the beautiful fenced in area for his little dog. He's been pleased with food and eating healthy.

PositiveHarmony at Elkhart
My brother in law lives at Harmony and has since my sister's passing. The facility seems clean and the services provided: laundry, apartment cleaning etc have been appreciated. Meals are ok although he sometimes doesn't go down to eat and is not very social. The apartment is quite nice and a good size for him. The only negative I have seen so far was when he fell in the apartment. We think he did not receive help for 24 hours and are not sure why. But on the positive he was started on physical therapy soon after …

Well to start this is for my mom but I will help the best I can. She has been in there for 3 weeks now. And is starting to feel better about living there. She did not like the food at all refused to eat the bland food. It is an adjustment. She is not one to cook her own meals before moving there but not used to bland food like this. I ate there one time before moving down to Florida and I ordered off the menu (burger and sweet potato fries). I ate every bite. I do think she is trying different meals and is getting …

Well I was evicted from Harmony at Elkhart, someone opened my USPS mail package with my VA ?? in a sealed package, they stole one of my prescription medications, who did it I don't know, they stolen food from my refrigerator, I had clothes come up missing on laundry day, I had staff borrow money from me, I had Staff complain about management to name a few issues, they banned me from coming to the property, I offered to pay any rent back in payments, they refused.
