The tour I had of Bridgecrest Rehabilitation Suites was nice. I just realized it's not as open as the other facilities. I asked if my dad would be able to go outside, and the person who gave the tour said he would have to have someone to go with him. There were no common areas where he could go out and sit in the garden, and I didn't like that. The place was really pretty, though, and I liked that it was clean and fresh. The atmosphere was nice, it looked like a hotel to me. They were very friendly. All of them. I don't know of any disappointments that he had with the nurses. It was very clean! They told me what was going on. He was unhappy and had complaints. The aides were slow to respond to anything. I had to ask a couple of times for someone to help him.

I'm very pleased with the facility and the staff. There have only been two or three minor issues and I've made sure to discuss that with the staff. I'm very pleased with the staff. They could be better about making sure that clean linens and bed pads are always available because sometimes they are not. They are very receptive and return my friendliness. I find it hard to believe that on weekends that there isn't enough staff to keep your patients changed to were they have to lay in dirty diapers for over an hour

The therapists are doing a good job there. They call and gave me updates on my loved one. Everyone is really friendly. It even smells good when you walk in the building.
