PositiveMy Mother was a resident of Laurel Court and my Aunt is currently a resident there, and I still highly recommend them! The staff works diligently with residents and their families to provide a clean, friendly, safe and healthy environment. The staff has helped me tremendously with health care, and financial questions and suggestions on what needed to be done to improve or maintain my family’s needs! The few times that I have encountered a problem, have been immediately and satisfactorily addressed! The Director, Ms…

CriticalI currently have a parent at this facility and so far, I have mixed emotions. On one hand, the CNA’s are very supportive and helpful but the nurses are not. Not once have I seen a nurse in my parent’s room; a simple hello to them and it seems as if you are a bother. Not once have the nurses tried to engage with patient or family to get to know the patient better. I am conflicted about having a loved One here and may be taking them to another facility

CriticalIf they had a 1/3 star they would get that only because of Kim. Waiting an hour to be put back in a bed or to be changed is criminal. The staff is overworked. They ordered all the wrong equipment for my sister in law. There is no effort in pairing roommates with equal cognitive skills.

CriticalCarpet always smells like pee and residents are hardly taken care of! It is not worth the money of paying.

PositiveI was a resident at Laurel Court for rehab and I had a wonderful experience, the nursing team was wonderful and the sweet wound care nurse healed my wound quickly, the therapy team gave me the push I needed to motivate me to get up and moving again, the food was ok, and I enjoy the soup before meals, Thank you to the van driver for ensuring I made it to all my follow up appointments

PositiveI went to Laurel Court. I only met one staff and she was very informative. She showed me around, she answered all my questions, and they just seemed to have a very nice place. The room seemed fairly roomy just for a single person. They had private and semi-private available, so that gives you an option. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I like the fact that you can transition between levels of care that are needed. The ability to leave my fiancé there and not have to move him again was nice.…
