I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The doctors and nurses of Bridgeway Care And Rehab Center At Hillsborough are OK, but the CNA care is not good. Mom has had heel wounds. They don't lift her heels off the bed. They have no form of entertainment, and the food is horrible. They're not moving her quite often, and they're not cleaning her as well as they can, but I think they are just short-staffed. I visited this facility

We liked Bridgeway Care and Rehab Center at Hillsborough very much. It was one of the newer and cleaner places. It had large windows and a high ceiling in the lobby, and it just felt very airy. The rooms were much larger than the place that my sister is in now. The bedrooms were shared and the bathroom was only shared by those 2 people. The bathroom was huge and it got a huge walk-in shower and they provided the shower chairs and the commodes to go over the toilet so that they have arms and they can stand easily. T…
