I would give the care and staff higher than a 5 if we could. He loves the food that they serve. It is expensive but absolutely worth it for the quality of care he receives. They drive him miles and miles to go to appointments and go above and beyond what they have to do. They are very nice people and take very good care of him. I would highly recommend Bright Minds to others.

My mother moved into Bright Minds Residential Care. So far, I've been very happy with the care there. The staff is responsive to whatever request I have, like they help me get hair dressers and stuff like that to come in, they actually have people come into the house and take care of her toenails and her hair, so responsive to my request would be one of them. Mom is always clean, and they get her up and bathe her every day, and she's not just lying in bed. There are three to four other residents in the ho…

PositiveThis was my first visit to a care home and the only issue that I had with this place was that there were no rooms available. Arnel is the gold standard when it comes to facility managers. He is warm gracious and attentive. His mother who also works there is a gem she offered me a muffin and soda which made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean well maintained and comfortable. Centrally located in Fairfield this is a place that I would feel completely at ease if my mother could be placed there
