A+ staff and facility

The staff always shows respect, genuine caring, and patience to all the residents. The facility is clean. There are many activities for the residents to participate in, and the meals are attractive. We had some particular requests and everyone was very responsive and accommodating. Their TV reception is not the greatest, but they encourage the residents to be out interacting with others, not sitting in their rooms. We have been so pleased with our whole experience with Brightside.

my mom loves the food but not many vegetarian options but what we like the most about the community is that they are very family oriented, and the staff are deeply compassionate and caring

Very Welcoming

It's been a very welcoming place. I feel like is a great fit for our situation. The staff was very professional in helping us make our decision, and fell like it was the right thing to do for my loved one.

Unfortunately our loved ones stay was shorter then expected but it was to no fault of Brightside community. It is an excellent community and even though we were still getting used to the new routine and their procedures the care services were great. The staff were all wonderful and we had no complaints whatsoever

Overall it was pretty a good place, the meals seemed to be pretty high end. The activities seemed to also be pretty good, we would recommend this community to others. To us it was a pretty good experience
