Brightview East Norriton was very neat, clean, and nice-looking. The outside areas were very nice. The rooms were neat and clean, the pub was nice, and the people were very friendly. I liked all the outside areas where you could go hang out. It looked very appealing. The staff was very nice, very friendly, and very informative. The assisted living room was a decent size. It had a nice bathroom. It had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was nice. They had a library, a beauty salon, and an area to sit and watch TV…

I toured this community and really liked it. Definitely our second choice. Staff was friendly and the facility was very clean.

I went to visit the Brightview East Norriton. My first impression was it was a very welcoming environment. It was warm and cozy. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive to the residents. The residents seem to be happy and comfortable in their environment. It was a very warm place to visit, and one in which I don't think that I would have a problem settling down in. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father is in Brightview East Norriton. We had used it for my wife's mother, so we were already familiar with it, and that really helped. The staff is very attentive, and they do a fine job. They have activities, but he's not participating yet. The facility is very nice and well maintained.

I visited this facility

We went to Brightview East Norriton a year ago when we first started, and that was good too. It was fine, the rooms seemed fine, they were a little dated, but I think they were re-doing some of them, and the facilities were good. They had a dining room, a bar area, and activities.

My parents lived in the ILF but they should have been in ALF. However, Brightview does not do any initial assessment but would rather that people pay for Senior Helpers which are located in their facility (and I have a feeling that they get a kickback from them). Though the food, cleaning and entertainment staff are very sweet and friendly, upper management is horrible. All they care about is making money. They swore to me that I would be contacted if any issue arose with my parents. There were so many incidences t…
