Well the staff has been great. I have not had any issues at all. They are pleasant and accommodating. The care has been good to my wife. Sometimes my wife can be difficult depending on her disposition and time of day. Activities my wife is an introvert and really does not take interest in their activities. PositiveAmazing staff
The caretakers are all fantastic (nurses techs etc) extremely personable truly caring with compassion and empathy They genuinely get to know the residents and look out for them and check in often. The apartments are bright and well cared for. Occasionally we do have to ask for something to be cleaned up if it happens after the cleaners have been there. However any time we ask for something they are more than happy to accommodate our needs.
