Brightview Greentree is kept marvelously well. It's about 10 or 12 years old, but it appears brand new. The people who I met, both residents and people who work there, seemed to be very happy and glad to be there. I just came away with a very positive impression. What I like the best about my tour at Brightview Greentree is that it was clean, modern, and had a lot of amenities and activities. They have like a small pub room where the residents could gather in the afternoon and the dining room was really pretty. They had beautiful grounds, there were courtyards, and there was a like. Facility is not what it once was it progressively is getting worse. Was once not only a beautiful place but, the care and management was much better. They have continually gone down hill. Total shame how new management can destroy a community.

My mom resides in Brightview Greentree. Her room is wonderful, it's clean and nice, and it's a lovely place. The staff is wonderful, and I love everything about the place. It's a wonderful place, everything about it is lovely, and they take great care of her. It's just she has gotten worse, and she needs to go into a different facility than what they offer. Brightview Greentree was very pleasant. I liked everything I saw. The food was good. It's near shopping in a very good location. It feels good when you walk in. Everything was nice and decorated nicely. The person who showed me around was nice. They had one-bedrooms with a den and two-bedrooms with balconies. They also had washers and dryers.
