Everyone I have met and dealt with has been very nice and professional. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Room size is small but the residents don't spend much time in their rooms. I have been very pleased with everything so far.

There is a set monthly cost. No "points" system which really drives up the cost. 2nd most important reason is the ability for my loved one to be able to walk in and out the doors and walk around the building in a safe environment whenever they wish. The building is all on ground level!

I visited the memory care facility of Brookdale Alderwood in Lynnwood. I don't know if there's anything that they could improve on that I'm aware of at this time. Everything I saw was clean and well- maintained. They are for very advanced Dementia, Alzheimer's, and people who require 24/7 monitoring. When I talked to the manager or the director, we had a good and frank conversation about the condition of my parents and whether she thought they would be a good fit for them or not. She recommended…

The food is good, not much of a variety. I think the price at all of the facilities is outrageous. I have had some issues with some of my billings, but they were resolved after questioning them. I would, recommend this community to others, but be prepared for the cost. My husband is being well cared for, the people that work there in all capacities couldn't be nicer.

I like the availability of the nurses. I really like that they do not add costs for each little thing my mother needs. They can definitely improve on the food.
