Review for Brookdale Alliance

I wish there was more staff on weekends. Depends on cooks she likes it and when it isn't warm enough she tells them. Lots of activities, she stays busy. Hard to get in and out on weekends. Sometimes have to wait 10 minutes to get back in lots of people complain about that but she loves the people and place.

Overall nice facility just not the right fit

Mother in law got sick before going there and transitioned there from the hospital with hospice. Hospice provided most of her care until she passed about 10 days later. She really was not able to experience the facility the way it was meant to be . The staff were ok but not as helpful as they said they would be for her level of care. It's definitely great if you're mobile and able to do things on your own a bit more. We also paid a lot of money over [removed]dollars for less than 2 weeks care which was not able to …

The residents were very nice. The tour was educational and informative. The dining area was nice and the guests were welcoming.

Id have to give them a 5 across the board. We are very happy with them. Mostly the core people seem to care. I see that they are a bit under staffed and bring in a bunch of random temps, but the core people are super friendly and are treating my Mom great.

Comfort Care

They were very accommodating to my mom and they always made sure she had what she needed. Absolutely would recommend this place. Even my husband said if he was in need of extended care he would choose this place!!

Mom is happy!

Mom is loving it! The staff are happy, and there isn’t much turnover. There are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged and busy.
