CriticalBrookdale Biloxi
Room air conditioner not functioning properly. Told they had a bed but client slept on mattress on floor. Staff nice but transition was less than optimal. Blame most on transferring hospital not listening to our requests. He got there with a wound infection that staff not prepared to handle. Again fault transferring hospital. Ended up a failed discharge. Sadly all this left bad taste in mouth for transferring patient/client

I visited once and was really impressed. I am not able to come much due to my own health issues. When I came to visit my uncle, I knew he is being well cared for which is a relief for me. From the updates and talks I have had on the phone with staff. I know he is in great hands.
