Brookdale Buck Creek

Nice facility and good people. Rooms are kind of small but manageable. Will be moving my mom in soon and hopefully all will work out well.

Extreme pleasant staff. Organized. Detailed. Willing to answer any questions we had. Even moved us from one apt. To another one that was closer to the door to get our puppy out.

Highly recommended

Smaller facility, staff is great, apt units vs hospital type room and more affordable than most. I highly recommend Brookdale Buck Creek! And the food is great!

I visited this facility

Brookdale Buck Creek was great, but it was an assisted living facility. I'm looking for a place that has people who have Alzheimer's. We were greeted at the door. It was a clean place. They even had places for couples. The walk was short. You can't get lost in there because it goes around. It was really nice. The only thing I didn't see was anybody helping anybody, even though it's assisted living. You'd think you'd see at least one or two people, and I didn't see anybody, bu…

It was awful. We have taken my parents out of there. Would never recommend!!! Don't ever choose this facility. Very poorly managed

Our Short Stay at Brookdale

My only reason for my rating is that my wife lived there for six days and passed on [date removed], but I still had to absorb part of June. I complained to no avail about that as it is tacky to charge after one's loved one has passed. The staff seemed to be pretty good and I base this on six days of being there. She had stopped eating for the most part so dining was no experience. She was also not able to participate in any actives and just lived in the bed. It seemed clean and they were attentive to her needs. It …
